Alliance For LIFE, LLC, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking Home-Based Caseworkers and Visitation Facilitators to provide social services for clients in Indianapolis, Anderson, and neighboring areas.

Position is responsible for providing mandated court ordered services. Contractors will use supplied evidence-based curriculum(s) to educate clients concerning parenting, discipline and child development with short- and long-term techniques in a safe and structured environment. Contractors will follow all mandated policies and procedures of Alliance For LIFE and Department of Child Services (DCS).
Compensation: Home-Based Casework rate is up to $32.00/hour, evening and weekend hours anticipated. Spanish Speaking rate is up to $35.00/hour. Evening and weekend hours are anticipated.
Specific job responsibilities:
In Field Operations– Direct and indirect contact

Assist clients in achieving their goals
-
Provide transportation to clients associated with specific goals
-
Attend court with clients and
-
Attend required meetings and events as scheduled
-
Respond to crisis (depending upon referral type)
-
Develop working relationships with fellow staff members
-
Establish and promote positive communication among all team
Reporting – Report writing and information entry
-
Email referring agent and supervisor following each contact or attempted contact
-
Maintain case and agency paperwork according to standards
-
Prepare written reports for the Department of Child Services
Minimum educational requirements:
-
You must be at least 21 years of age
-
Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, or a directly related human service field from an accredited college OR
-
A non-social work bachelor’s degree in combination with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience working directly with families in the child welfare system is also accepted.

High school diploma with 2-5 years of experience working directly with families in the child welfare system.
AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR/1099 POSITION:

All candidates must pass all background checks

Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to use their own reliable vehicle to transport self and others.

Must maintain full coverage of automobile insurance

Must maintain Professional Liability Insurance
